Viewing your colleagues’ surveys

See what surveys your team is running and stay aligned across projects

Updated yesterday

Understanding what others in your team are working on can help you avoid duplication, build on existing research, and stay connected to ongoing projects. Attest makes it easy to view surveys created by your colleagues, so you always have visibility across your workspace.

What are colleagues’ surveys?

Colleagues’ surveys are any surveys created by other users within your Attest workspace. Depending on your permissions, you can view these surveys to understand what research is being conducted across your organisation.

This is especially useful for teams collaborating on similar audiences, markets, or research goals.

How to view colleagues’ surveys

To view the surveys created by your colleagues, simply go to the Attest surveys page and click on the arrow next to My Surveys, located in the top left-hand corner of the page. In the drop-down, select All Surveys.

Now, you will be able to see all the surveys within your organisation, with the exception of those restricted to you.

You will be able to access all the items visible on this page, leave comments on drafts and interact with results, but you will not be able to edit the structure or settings of surveys that you have not created.

To go back to viewing only your surveys, click the arrow next to All Surveys and select My Surveys again.

If you'd like to add more colleagues to your Attest account, you can find out how to do so here.
