What are Attest beta features?
Beta features give you a unique, early look at our newest innovations. Beta features are fully functional but still under active, rapid development. Being in beta means we are constantly gathering feedback and making iterative improvements to reach the final, polished product experience.
The beta phase is a collaborative opportunity to gather real-world usage data and feedback that directly informs the final, generally released product.
Why your input matters
By using features in their early stages, you become a valued partner in our development process. You help us to:
Align the feature to perfectly suit your specific needs and use cases.
Identify and eliminate unexpected bugs or issues.
Validate that the feature delivers the exact value you expect it to.
Gather user insights to inform future improvements and enhancements.
Important things to know about beta features
Beta programs are a partnership, and setting clear expectations is key. Here are important details to keep in mind when using a beta feature:
Availability
The number of customers with access to a beta feature can vary significantly. Features may be released to a limited, specific group of users initially, or they may be made widely accessible to all customers while we conduct mass testing. A feature is not considered generally released until we complete this final refinement cycle.
Stability & Support
These features are a work-in-progress. You might find them less polished than fully released tools. You may occasionally encounter bugs, visual quirks, or rapid changes as we iterate quickly based on early feedback. We appreciate your patience as we work to smooth out the experience.
Future pricing
Using beta features does not guarantee continued free access. As the feature matures, it may be rolled into a new or existing paid tier, or incur a separate charge via credits or fee. We will communicate any pricing changes well in advance of the change taking effect.
Potential removal
While rare, our priority is always to deliver high-value solutions. If testing reveals that a beta feature doesn't meet a core customer need or cannot be developed to our high standards, we may roll it back or remove it entirely to rethink the approach.

How to share your feedback
Your input is the most important element of the beta phase! It directly shapes the future of the product. When sharing feedback, please be specific: tell us what you like, what you dislike, what confused you, or any bugs you encounter.
To share your thoughts, please use one of the following methods:
In-Platform Feedback - Fill in any poll or survey linked directly to the feature.
Live Chat - Reach out to the Attest team via the in-platform live chat to share your thoughts.
Direct Reply - If you’re a member of the official product feedback group, simply reply directly to the beta invite email.
Reach out to your dedicated Customer Research Manager - ask for the opportunity to discuss your experience in detail; our Product team may join these conversations!
We're excited to partner with you. Dive in, explore, and let's build the future of Attest together!
