At Attest, we’re committed to making sure your survey results are accurate, reliable, and high quality. Every survey goes through a careful review process to ensure that all responses are relevant and useful.
For surveys with open text questions, we carry out an additional manual review. This helps us make sure that all answers make sense and genuinely respond to your questions.
We begin this review once your survey reaches at least 80% completion. At this point, we may remove any low-quality or irrelevant responses while the survey is still live. Once it’s complete, we perform a final check to confirm that everything meets our quality standards.
If we remove any responses, your survey will stay open to collect replacements. If it has already reached 100% completion, it will automatically re-open until those replacement responses are collected.
When a survey with an open text question is more than 80% complete, you’ll see a “Responses are being reviewed” message on your results page (as shown below). This means our team are checking your responses, which can take up to two working days. Once the message disappears, your survey has been reviewed and is ready for analysis.
There’s no additional cost for this process - you’ll only ever be charged for high-quality, verified responses.
