A receipt is issued for every survey purchased and every time credits are added to your account. These are always emailed to the email address associated with your Attest account, but can also be accessed through the Attest dashboard.
Where to find your receipts
All receipts for surveys and payments made to Attest are stored in your account area.
To access them:
Log in to your Attest account
Navigate to your Credits page from the left-hand menu
Open the Transactions area
Select the relevant transaction
Download the associated receipt
Each entry will include key details such as the date, amount, and type of transaction.
If you need a copy of a receipt that was generated by another person in your Attest organisation, then just let us know and we can email them over to you! Send an email to hello@askattest.com or use the in-platform live chat, quoting the name of the survey you need a receipt for, and the date of the transaction.
